Arcadis is growing—and we want you to grow with us! Due to an exciting surge in projects, we're opening the door for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Land/Site Development Team across the USA. In this hybrid role, you'll work on some of the most dynamic and complex civil development projects—think hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses. Role accountabilities:

• Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects
• Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required) - EIT or PE certification preferred
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Commitment to health and safety

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part-time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $68,187 to $112,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
