Office Assistant (Student Employee)

The hourly rate of pay for this student employment position is $15.00 per hour. Responsibilities Administrative work pertaining to mailings, events, and productions. Photocopy and prepare scripts for student work and performances. Maintain performing arts photo gallery. Assist with promotional and social networking. Create flyers for auditions/meetings/theatre seasons/dramafest. Work with copy center on several materials. Help Arts & Humanities Division with daily operations. Must be professional, on time, and trustworthy. Job Requirements Required Skills And Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft High School Diploma or GED Preferred Skills And Qualifications Preference will be given to those with a theatre background Experience with Adobe products Hours Needed 5 – 20 per week, depending on the season Directions to Apply Candidates must complete Carroll’s online application to be considered Complete the online Student Employment Application Indicate the department(s) for which you are applying.
