Advantage Dental GroupAdvantage Dental Group is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our team full-time, Tuesday-Friday!Why You'll Love Working Here:Our doctors are approachable, easygoing, and believe in coaching their teamWe offer a competitive hourly rate, bonus opportunities and benefitsJoin a supportive team that truly enjoys working togetherWhat We Are Looking For:A Dental assistant or EDDA with 1 or more years of experience working in general dentistryAn assistant that truly values patient care and desires to make a differenceSomeone that is outgoing, reliable and excited to learn and grow within a teamSchedule: Tuesday-Friday 7:45am-5:15pmCompensation: $22-$28/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performanceBenefits: We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k match, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and EAP.Responsibilities:A thorough review and update of the patient's health historySelect and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatorySterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulationsAssist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistryProvide post-operative care instructionsAssist with ordering and stocking suppliesRequirements:1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or EDDACertified Dental Assistant preferredEDDA experience preferredActive CPR or willing to obtainX-Ray CertificationAccepting applications until September 30, 2026 or we find the right candidate
