Job Summary:
The LDRP RN is a skilled registered nurse responsible for providing comprehensive obstetrical care to patients throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. They also care for newborns, ensuring safe and effective clinical interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess obstetric patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document maternal and fetal well-being during all stages of labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Educate patients and families on pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in rotational call responsibilities to provide continuous coverage.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active MT Registered Nurse license.
• Obtain and maintain certifications in ACLS, NRP, and BLS.
• Demonstrate experience in labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum nursing.
• Possess reliable transportation and willingness to work in a remote area.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with clinical proficiency.
