What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to postpartum and medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize CPSI/Perigen charting system
• Maintain a 1:1 ratio for postpartum patients and an average of 1:3 for medical-surgical patients
• Occasionally take charge responsibilities
• Follow all facility protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Kansas or Multistate RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (all via AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year of MedSurg and postpartum experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
