A family run private practice that has been serving the community for over 40 years is currently searching for a Dentist in Naples, FL.  This practice is 8 total operatories, is fully digital, and is FFS ONLY!  They have a CEREC Work Flow with 3 Primescans, 3 Mills, and 2 ovens;  they have a CBCT, intraoral and Extra photography in every op, 3 monitors in every room with digital patient education videos.  They have 4 full time Hygienists, are currently seeing over 50 new patients a month, and are offering a fantastic benefits package that includes heath and dental, 401K with 3 % match, CE match up to $5K, and dental association dues paid.  The owners are looking for a truly collaborative dentist with at least one year of experience who has a growth mindset but who also intrinsically understands both a patient centric and team first mentality.  This is an amazing practice that is continually seeking to improve our efficiency and effectiveness through the latest technology and workflows and we'd love to add another fantastic dentist to our team!
