Operations Director

Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Lead new product introductions from concept to full‑scale production Oversee global plant operations and standardize processes Ensure effective resource allocation and EHS best practices Manage critical operational issues and crisis response Strategy & Capacity Develop and execute 3-year operational and capacity plans Lead expansion initiatives, new site development, and capital projects Forecast demand and optimize global resource utilization Financial Management Oversee global budgets and P&L performance Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Performance & Reporting Define and monitor KPIs (quality, delivery, productivity) Use data insights to improve performance and on‑time delivery Report results and recommendations to leadership Collaboration & Quality Partner cross‑functionally to meet customer and business needs Ensure compliance with ISO standards and global regulations Maintain strong supplier quality systems and audit readiness Qualifications 15+ years in manufacturing management (electronics or mechanical preferred) Degree in Engineering or related field Experience building and scaling manufacturing operations Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Willingness to travel globally (50%+); Mandarin is an asset Why Work for Us?
