Maintain and uphold essential policies including attendance, safety, and uniform standards. Attend or conduct engaging store safety and policy meetings. Provide store‑level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management. Manage financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory and cash controls, store marketing, guest satisfaction, and full profit & loss responsibility. Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques, and retention strategies. Create teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met. Set the example for exceptional guest service, including appropriate resolution of complaints. Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained. Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus. Experience with and drive results for a profit & loss center. Ability to motivate and inspire teammates. Excellent communication skills with guests and all organizational levels. Willingness and ability to comply with all regulatory and compliance standards. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
