We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Controller II to join our production team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for packaging supplies and finished goods through cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and inventory processing. The ideal candidate has strong inventory control experience, is proficient with Excel and inventory management systems, and can work independently while balancing warehouse and office responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for packaging materials and finished goods.
• Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through research and reconciliation.
• Process inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and help maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Utilize Excel and inventory management systems to track, analyze, and report inventory data.
• Prioritize daily workload to ensure inventory tasks are completed efficiently.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance inventory control processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other inventory and administrative duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in inventory control, inventory reconciliation, or warehouse inventory management required.
• Experience performing cycle counts and investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
• Ability to analyze data and solve inventory-related issues independently.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.

• Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions.

• Experience managing packaging supply inventories and finished goods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
