• Approximately 10–14 patients per day
• Combination of evaluations, follow-up visits, and daily treatment sessions

The Brookfield clinic provides orthopedic, sports medicine, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation services in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on evidence-based treatment and personalized care. The clinic is located at 31 Old Route 7 in Brookfield, CT.

Requirements

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Connecticut PT License Timeline: Approximately 2–4 weeks for most applicants when all documentation is submitted promptly.
