Must have AWS experience Must have AI experience Must have strong delivery lead experience managing the E2E app dev delivery Must have a technical background....started as a dev then moved into delivery lead Must have E2E delivery ownership exp Experience with Data Center Modernization would be a huge plus Healthcare is a must Job Description Delivery Lead Position Summary The Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering complex business and technology initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, operations, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The Delivery Lead drives program governance, risk management, resource planning, financial oversight, and continuous process improvement while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules. Monitor project scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent projects and releases. Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define priorities and delivery strategies. Provide regular executive-level updates on project status, risks, key decisions, and outcomes. Facilitate alignment across business and technology organizations. Governance & Risk Management Establish program governance frameworks and delivery standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Drive escalation management and resolution of critical delivery challenges. Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams consisting of product managers, business analysts, engineers, QA, and operational teams. Foster collaboration, accountability, and high-performance delivery practices. Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement. Experience managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Experience in healthcare industry Familiarity with enterprise architecture, integration, data platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
