JOB INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TOO:
-Take service calls
-Make work orders for customers dropping equipment off
-Assist customers who are picking up their equipment
-Provide price quotes for labor and parts and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
-Schedule pickup and delivery of equipment
-Assist the mechanics with getting the proper parts
-Help coordinate work for the mechanics
-Help customers with questions at the sales counter
-Assist customers at the sales counter with plants, mulch, chemicals and parts
-Answer phone calls for all departments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Able to use a computer
-Good communication skills with customers and co-workers
-Basic mechanical knowledge
-Reliability
