As a Lead Teller within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based at the Arlington Heights South branch in Arlington Heights, IL. Bilingual Polish is preferred. Location 19 W GOLF RD, ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL 60005. PNC is an in‑office company. Please note that this position does not sponsor employment visas or participate in STEM OPT. Responsibilities Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate. Engages with customers in the lobby, positioning PNC products to meet their needs and educates them on technology, tools and resources for managing transactions. Demonstrates clear communication skills, transaction handling and problem resolution processes. Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes, and adheres to all policies and procedures. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Attributes and Expectations Customer Focused – knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to create customized solutions. Managing Risk – assesses and effectively manages all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Work Experience: Requires 1+ year of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: No Degree. Certifications: None required. Licenses: None required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business and/or individual performance.
