Forklift Driver

Hours: Monday- Friday 6 am to 2:30 pm

Pay: $18 per hour (weekly pay)

Immediate start opening, no interview required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a safety-focused and reliable Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, load, and stack products efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas
• Move products to and from designated storage locations
• Stack and organize inventory in racks, shelves, or staging areas
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage or loss
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and labeling
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous forklift operating experience required (1+ year preferred)
• Valid Driver License
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50-75 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Basic math and inventory tracking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with different types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, pallet jack)
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
