Physical Therapist (Direct Hire) – Relocation Opportunity | Yuma, AZ We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a collaborative hospital-based rehabilitation team in Yuma, Arizona . This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, relocation assistance, sign-on bonuses, temporary housing, and excellent long-term career growth. Schedule Day Shift 8 or 10-hour shifts Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), therapy technicians, and students as appropriate. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental activities. Qualifications Doctorate or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Arizona Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one. Current BLS Certification . Minimum 1 year of hospital-based Physical Therapy experience . Willingness to relocate to Yuma, AZ . Candidates living 100+ miles from Yuma are preferred for relocation assistance and temporary housing eligibility.
