Responsibilities: Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth Supervise direct care staff ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are met Ensure safety and security, including security checks Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Promote teamwork among staff and youth, fostering a supportive environment Help youth identify goals and interests Assign and lead daily group activities Serve as an advocate and role model for youth Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field At least two years experience with the population Valid Massachusetts driver's license Supervisory experience is preferred Schedule: 7am-3pm, Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday/Monday off) 11pm-7am, Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday/Monday off) Hourly Rate
