This is a hands-on enterprise applications role involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.Key Responsibilities:Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.Location & Work Arrangements:Hybrid (Preferred): Reside or relocate to within a reasonable commute to Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. Candidates anywhere within the defined six-hour travel radius in NY, PA, or OH may be considered.Background Profile:Seeking an experienced enterprise applications developer with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion from a utility company or similar.Required Background:15+ years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferredHands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Utilities Cloud preferred) or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions highly desired.Professional experience with at least one of the following:Oracle CCS (Customer Cloud Service - customer care, service order, metering and billing).Oracle Operations and field service platforms (WACS / OFS)Deep experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
