As a multi-discipline firm, Isett provides a full range of engineering and consulting services, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental, geotechnical, and municipal engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, code enforcement, plan review, construction management, construction materials testing, and grant writing services to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives throughout Central Pennsylvania. This highly visible position serves as a strategic partner to company leadership and plays a critical role in client development, market development, business development strategy, proposal pursuits, relationship management, and regional growth.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in business development, client relationship management, account management, professional services marketing, AEC marketing, engineering consulting, proposal management, or strategic growth leadership.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Business Development & Client Relationship Management

• Develop and execute regional business development and growth strategies.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Lead client development efforts, key account planning, relationship mapping, and client experience initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding services across multiple disciplines.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events, networking activities, conferences, and community engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams and operational leaders to position Isett for continued growth within strategic markets.
• Maintain visibility within professional organizations, industry associations, and community groups.

Strategic Growth & Market Development

• Research emerging markets, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities throughout the region.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement regional market development plans.
• Monitor opportunity pipelines, client trends, market conditions, and key performance indicators.
• Support regional growth initiatives within municipal, transportation, environmental, geotechnical, code services, architecture, engineering, and consulting markets.

Marketing, Pursuit & Proposal Leadership

• Lead and support strategic pursuits, proposal development, qualifications packages, and interview presentations.
• Guide proposal strategy, capture planning, and opportunity positioning efforts.
• Evaluate RFPs, RFQs, and procurement opportunities.
• Provide oversight and strategic direction for proposal resources, project descriptions, qualifications packages, and client-facing materials.
• Partner with the Marketing Director and Marketing & Proposal Coordinators to support branding, communications, digital marketing, and regional visibility initiatives.
• Facilitate pursuit debriefs and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen win rates and client engagement.

Internal Leadership & Collaboration

• Partner closely with Regional Vice Presidents, Department Managers, Project Managers, and technical professionals.
• Act as a connector between Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Project Delivery teams.
• Share market intelligence, client feedback, and business development insights throughout the organization.
• Support a culture focused on collaboration, innovation, ownership, service, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience in one or more of the following; Business Development, Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Professional Services Marketing, Strategic Planning, Proposal Management, Pursuit Management, Sales Support, Growth strategy
• Exceptional communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications.
• Ability to travel throughout the Central Pennsylvania region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), Environmental Consulting, Municipal Engineering, Surveying, Geotechnical Engineering, Transportation, Land Development, or related professional services industries preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems, client relationship management tools, or proposal management software.
• Experience supporting strategic pursuits, capture planning, opportunity management, or market development initiatives.
• Active participation in professional, industry, or business organizations.
