Position Overview As an Apprentice Laboratory Technician , you will be part of a dynamic laboratory team supporting production through hands-on chemical and physical testing. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a long-term career in manufacturing. No prior laboratory experience is required-comprehensive training is provided. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will learn to:
- Set up and operate simple to moderately complex laboratory instruments and equipment
- Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical and physical analyses
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality test results
- Assist with chemical and equipment inventory management
- Troubleshoot analytical processes with guidance
- Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), PPE, and ISO requirements
- Safely handle and work with hazardous chemicals
- Manage multiple tasks while completing required training programs
- Designed for individuals seeking a long-term manufacturing career
- No previous experience required
- Full, structured training provided

- Hands-on learning in laboratory equipment operation, documentation, and safety
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to work 12-hour fixed shifts (day or night, including weekends and holidays)
