CNC Machinist / CNC Machine Operator
Charlottesville, VA 22911 | On-Site

Put your CNC skills to work building precision components—while enjoying a 4-day workweek.

We’re looking for a CNC Machinist, CNC Machine Operator to join a small, experienced Machine Shop team. We’re looking for some hands-on CNC experience or training, can read blueprints, and know how to use micrometers and calipers, we’d like to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
Read blueprints and follow work instructions
Load materials/programs and make minor machine adjustments
Use micrometers and calipers to inspect parts for accuracy and quality
Perform deburring, polishing, and finishing
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

CNC machining experience or related training
Ability to read blueprints
Experience using micrometers and calipers
Basic CNC machine operation skills
