Physical Therapist (PT) - Inpatient Rehab

Healthcare Provider Rehabilitation
8-hour day shifts.
Contract length: 13 weeks with potential for extension.
Requirements
- Active state license required.
- General certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
- Rehabilitation certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
- No prior work with the facility within the last year.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the care of patients.
