Company Description Rise Behavioral Health Services is a local organization serving Western Massachusetts and greater Worcester County with in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The team provides CBHI programs including In-Home Behavioral Services, In-Home Therapy, and Therapeutic Mentoring to support children, adolescents, and families. Services are designed to be family-centered, collaborative, and tailored to individual needs in the home and community. Professionals at Rise Behavioral Health Services work closely with caregivers and community partners to promote meaningful, sustainable progress for each person served. Role Description This full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is a hybrid position based in Worcester, MA, with a combination of in-person home and community visits and some work-from-home for planning and documentation. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior support and treatment plans, and oversee ABA programming for children and adolescents. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, monitoring treatment integrity, analyzing data to guide clinical decisions, and adjusting interventions as needed. The BCBA will collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers, offering parent and caregiver education to promote consistency and generalization of skills. The role also includes maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in team meetings, and upholding ethical and regulatory standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with experience designing and implementing evidence-based interventions. Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management principles to support individuals with diverse behavioral and emotional needs. Ability to provide effective Parent Education, including coaching caregivers in behavior support strategies and skill-building routines. Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in home or community settings. Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
