Build business cases and project justifications. Qualifications B.S. in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent field; equivalent experience with customer approval. Minimum 5-6+ years experience providing direct project management pertaining to construction projects: Electrical/Gas Substation, Compressor, Transmission, Distribution, IT, or Civil projects. PMP required, Agile or other Program Management certifications, training or demonstrated experience with customer approval. IEEE, IEC participating member. Adept at MS Project, Primavera (P6), or equivalent project management planning tools. In-depth knowledge of cost management and controls, budget forecasting, demonstrated risk management and mitigation with exceptional communication skills. California PE Preferred. Hybrid schedule, Tuesday-Thursday in the office. The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
