As a member of the Cookie Crew at our New Skokie, IL store located at 5235 West Touhy Avenue, Suite 6B, Skokie, Illinois, 60077, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers and bake all of our warm and delicious cookies. Employee Perks Pay rate: $15.00/hr. Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy. Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone. Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & serve a scoop of ice cream. Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out. Handle cash and payments accurately and avoid shortages or overages. Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery. Desired Skills & Experience At least 6 months of experience in a customer-service‑focused role – preferred. Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor. Customer service focused and willingness to exceed guest expectations. Great communication, organizational, and math skills. Must be able to lift up to 40lb boxes of product.
