Treasury Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Monitor cash positions and banking activity to support liquidity management and daily treasury operations. Prepare cash flow forecasts financial analyses and treasury reports that support business planning and decision making. Execute fund transfers payments and other treasury transactions while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders to support account administration compliance activities and reporting requirements. Participate in treasury projects process improvements and financial control initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Requirements A Bachelor degree in finance accounting economics or a related field. 4+ years of experience in treasury finance banking accounting or a related financial function. Demonstrate experience with cash management forecasting liquidity analysis and banking operations. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reconciliations variance analyses and financial reports. Maintain proficiency with financial systems spreadsheets and treasury related reporting tools. Qualifications Apply strong attention to detail when managing cash activity financial transactions and supporting documentation. Communicate effectively with financial institutions internal stakeholders and business partners. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and recurring deadlines. Maintain knowledge of internal controls compliance standards and treasury best practices.
