Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored individual and couples therapy sessions to clients of various ages.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with established guidelines.

• Facilitate scheduling of recurring appointments while managing an organized calendar to ensure clients receive consistent support.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to tailor approaches for diverse clinical presentations, adapting methodologies based on client needs.

• Engage with other team members to collaborate on treatment approaches and share insights that enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing various demographics. Our clients range from children to adults, experiencing a multitude of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will require a sensitive understanding of cultural differences and an ability to create a safe space for clients to explore their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active LCSW license to practice independently in New York State.

• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.

• Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management skills.

• Capable of working a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. As a W2 employee, you can benefit from a comprehensive compensation package:
