The Assistant Community Association Manager (ACAM) assists in the management of daily operations of community associations delivering professional services and exceptional customer satisfaction in accordance with the service level agreement, and in alignment with the company’s guiding principles. Responsibilities: Conduct regular property inspections, document/code violations, and follow up as needed. Respond to resident inquiries (calls/emails) within 24 hours. Maintain knowledge of state regulations, community policies, and governing documents. Upload and archive official community documents. Support communication related to violations Track vendor agreement expirations; assist with renewals, bids, and filing. Obtain and manage vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs). Prepare Board and Annual Meeting packets; attend meetings to assist with check-in, voting, and minute-taking. Prepare New Board Member Packets post-Annual Meeting. Assist CAM with research, meeting logistics, and resident concerns. Build positive resident relationships; promote excellent customer service. Attend required team and training meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have own vehicle, clean driving record. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn quickly and retain information. High integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Able to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently or with a team. Reliable transportation and clean driving record. Detail-oriented and familiar with covenant enforcement and inspection procedures Pay and Benefits: $25.00 to $29.00, depending on education and experience.
