This means the independent franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters in the restaurant including, among other things, setting any requirements for this job and all decisions concerning hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS TEAM MEMBER JOBGreet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately and efficiently.Prepare and assemble food items according to Jack in the Box's recipes and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and dining areas.Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members. To excel as a Full-Time or Part-Time Team Member at Jack in the Box you'll need to bring your A-game in customer service and fast-food preparation.
