Job Description

• Manage full lifecycle of water/wastewater or utility construction projects
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with field teams, engineers, and stakeholders to drive execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Lead project documentation, reporting, and change order management
• Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft applications
• Support business development efforts and maintain client satisfaction
• Travel to job sites across Massachusetts within assigned region

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management
• Background in wastewater, civil, or utility infrastructure projects
• Proven track record managing projects in the $10M-$25M range
• Strong knowledge of construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively
