Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• Licensed dental hygienist
• Local Anesthesia Certification
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Certifications: Current Registered Dental Hygienist license, local anesthesia certification (if required by state law), CPR certification, and X-Ray Certification.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental office.
Skills: Excellent communication, patient education skills, and the ability to work efficiently while providing exceptional care.
Attributes: Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Job Description

Job Overview: Join our growing team at Pearl Dentistry as a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist.
Patient Care: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, periodontal charting, and preventive dental care including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
Diagnostics: Take diagnostic dental radiographs and accurately identify and communicate oral health concerns to the doctor.
Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment while creating a positive, comfortable experience.
Administration: Accurately document patient care and treatment recommendations, and maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards.
