Make a meaningful impact working with elementary-aged students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a supportive educational environment. This full-time opportunity (30-32 hours per week) is ideal for professionals passionate about providing quality behavioral support to students in a mild/moderate Special Day Class setting. In this contract role, you’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and play a crucial part in helping students reach their fullest potential.

What we’re looking for:

• Fully credentialed candidates with an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
• Familiarity or experience supporting elementary-aged students, particularly in mild/mod SDC environments
• Comfortable participating in thorough onboarding processes, including district-required fingerprinting
• Ability to collaborate professionally with staff, students, and families
• Willingness to provide documentation, including RBT credential and an updated resume

What your days will look like:

• Delivering direct behavior intervention services under supervision, supporting individualized education plans
• Implementing behavior strategies and data collection procedures consistently
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success
• Assisting with student transitions, classroom activities, and daily routines
• Maintaining detailed, accurate records of student progress and behavior
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development
