About the Role

Servers play a key role in creating a warm, memorable guest experience while representing Chef Dale Talde's celebrated food and hospitality vision. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong knowledge of food and beverage, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Weekends - including Sunday - and holiday availability is a must. Looking for hardworking, fun loving people to provide an amazing experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations for food, wine, cocktails, and pairings.
• Participate in pre-service meetings, tastings, and menu tests to stay current on all offerings.
• Accurately input orders into POS system, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Collaborate closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure seamless service.
• Follow all opening/closing side work, cleaning, and reset duties.
• Adhere to health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a team-first mindset.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• $17/hour (base wage of $11.35/hour + tips).
• Typical tip earnings range $200–$250 per shift.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, and carrying trays, plates, and glassware.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
