Director of Field Safety & Risk

Steadfast is seeking a Director of Safety & Risk Management to lead Environmental, Health, Safety, Fleet Safety, and Risk across all divisions for 350+ employees in the Tampa Bay area. You will partner with Operations to create a safe culture where training and leadership enable everyone to return home safely. This role reports to executive leadership and spends significant time in the field, coaching crews, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in OSHA, DOT, EPA compliance and #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos
