Lead RN - Clinic Leader & Team Coach

ProHealth seeks an experienced Lead RN to guide daily clinical and operational work at our Pensacola office. This hands-on role supports the team, ensures smooth clinic operations, and serves as the primary link between the Pensacola site and the Medical Operations Manager.
You will coordinate patient flow, supervise staff, perform RN duties within ProHealth protocols, ensure accurate documentation and patient privacy, and drive improvements in patient experience.
