Financial Analyst

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit managing federally funded programs and government contracts, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, and compliance reporting across a portfolio of federal awards and requires hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for federal contracts and grants Monitor spending against budgets and flag funding/burn-rate issues Maintain and reconcile project ledgers in Deltek Costpoint Support monthly/quarterly close, indirect rate application, and revenue recognition Assist with incurred cost submissions and indirect rate proposals Support internal/external audits (Uniform Guidance/Single Audit) Partner with Program Managers on budget-to-actuals reporting Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4-6+ years of financial analysis experience with government contracts/grants exposure Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint Working knowledge of 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance); FAR/CAS familiarity a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
