As a Product Delivery Specialist, you'll be the final step in the car-buying journey—delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring they're completely satisfied, and explaining everything they need to know about their new vehicle. What You'll Do

• Safely deliver vehicles to customer homes or workplaces.
• Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (clean, fueled, damage-free).
• Verify and complete all necessary vehicle documentation.
• Walk customers through key features, controls, and vehicle functions.
• Answer any questions and ensure customers feel confident with their new car.
• Assist with paperwork including registration, financing, and insurance.
• Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery times and expectations.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Perform minor maintenance checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels).
• Follow up post-delivery to address any issues and encourage customer feedback.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer skills for document processing and CRM updates.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, delivery, or a related role.
• Familiarity with vehicle features and handling a plus.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Work Environment & Schedule

• Standard dealership hours, with flexibility for evenings or weekends.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and driving in all weather conditions.
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting lightweight items, and extended driving.
