Superior Home Buyers is looking for a driven, coachable Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing team. We're looking for a driven, coachable Acquisitions Specialist to join Superior Home Buyers. You'll be working both ends of the pipeline, generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads, with direct exposure to how a high-growth real estate company sources and builds its pipeline. The Role This is a role for someone who sees acquisitions as a career, not just a stepping stone. As an Acquisitions Specialist at Superior Home Buyers, you'll work both sides of the pipeline, making outbound calls to generate new opportunities and converting inbound leads into qualified appointments for our senior acquisitions team. You'll learn the full acquisitions process from the ground up, get direct coaching from experienced professionals, and have a clear path to advance as you prove yourself.
