Transportation Clerk

Our client, a leader in transportation and logistics services, is seeking a Transportation Clerk to join their team. As a Transportation Clerk, you will be part of the transportation support department, assisting with daily operations, logistics, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Sealy, TX Pay Range: $25 Shift: What's the Job? Support daily transportation and logistics operations through administrative tasks Maintain transportation databases, records, and operational reports Audit driver logs, trip reports, and ensure regulatory compliance Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues Coordinate driver equipment requests and communicate operational updates What's Needed? Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or administrative support preferred Knowledge of DOT compliance, driver logs, and trip reporting is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong organizational and data entry skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills What's in it for me?
