As a **Dispatcher** at Coastal Waste & Recycling, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Working closely with Drivers, Collection Specialists, Operations, Customer Experience, and Maintenance, you'll coordinate daily activities, solve challenges in real time, and help ensure exceptional service for our customers.## ## **Your Role** As a **Dispatcher**, you'll coordinate routes, communicate with field teams, and partner with Operations to support safe, efficient service throughout the day.
