Production Worker - 3rd Shift

A Day in the Life:Operate production equipment and address mechanical issuesPerform quality tests and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operationsWork Schedule: Third Shift (Nights)Environmental Conditions: Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred. Experience with production equipment is a plus. Familiarity with quality testing.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions. Knowledge of simple measuring devices. Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.Physical Requirements / Work Environment: This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.Compensation and Benefits: The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $21.69/hr. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
