Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is currently seeking compassionate and skilled RNs and LPNs to join our team and provide one-on-one care for medically complex children in the Minneapolis area.

We have a variety of opportunities available with flexible scheduling, including weekday, evening, weekend, and full-time coverage needs. Cases are located throughout Minneapolis, including the 55414, 55406, 55424, and 55404 zip codes.

Our Current Patients Include:

• School-age children and teenagers
• Clients with tracheostomy (trach), ventilator (vent), and G-tube needs
• Infants requiring advanced skilled nursing care, including G-tube and IV therapies
• Opportunities to provide care in both home and community settings

Available Schedules Include:

• Monday through Friday day shifts
• Weekend-only opportunities
• Flexible weekend coverage
• Daily coverage needs with extended shifts
• Full-time and part-time options available

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing*
• Compassionate, dependable, and family-centered caregivers
• Experience with trach, vent, G-tube, or other pediatric skilled nursing needs is preferred, but training may be available for the right candidate
• A desire to make a meaningful difference by helping children thrive at home

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

• Weekday Nights (MonFri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (SatSun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (SatSun): +$1/hour

We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
