What You'll Do

As a Prep Cook, you'll be an essential part of our culinary team. You'll handle foundational tasks that make exceptional service possible - prepping ingredients, supporting station setup, and helping maintain kitchen excellence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• • Prepare ingredients and cook food to specifications under Chef direction
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
  • Support opening, running, and closing kitchen duties
  • Properly label, store, and rotate all prepared items
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with training new kitchen Team Members
  • Work with urgency, precision, and pride in every task
  • Contributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect

What We're Looking For

• Basic kitchen or prep experience preferred
• Familiarity with knife skills, cutting techniques, and food handling
• Strong work ethic, communication, and collaboration skills
• High standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• A growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and lead
