New Postino: Program ManagerDuration: one year (possible extension)C2C Rate: 70.00/hrDue Date: 5/27/2026Need DOBSkills Required: Cover letter, copy of ID and form duly signed by candidate required.The Program Manager candidate(s) submitted by the Contractor to provide these staff augmentation services must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:Possess the professional and technical skills necessary to perform IT program and project management.Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years of leadership experience and 5 years managing an IT program area.On-site availability at the Department’s location 4040 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida is preferred, but remote work may be considered. Travel costs will not be reimbursed.Educational Requirements. The Contractor Program Manager, and any subsequent Contractor Program Manager provided by the Contractor, must possess, at a minimum, one of the following:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience.Project Management certification is required.Expertise in technical writing and documentation.Competency in document version control and collaborative document management.Solid understanding of procurement procedures.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Florida State Agency IT Projects.Experience with Florida legislative reporting practices (e.g. Operational Work Plans, spend plans, etc.)
