Technical Project Manager- Cloud Security Strategy
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA | Employment Type: CTC, W2 | Experience Required: 5 years
Position Overview
This role focuses on leading strategic cloud security initiatives within an enterprise IT environment, requiring strong technical project management expertise and proven ability to deliver complex programs that align business objectives with security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of special projects and Enterprise Top Programs (ETPs) with focus on cloud security strategy
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and manage cross-team dependencies
- Partner with TRIS and Enterprise Cloud teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution
- Identify and manage project risks while facilitating governance processes and maintaining transparency
- Support delivery teams by removing impediments and implementing industry best practices
- Track and report progress metrics while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems with 5+ years experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of software development and infrastructure lifecycles with cross-functional delivery experience
- Proficiency in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation capabilities
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications preferred
