VIP Staffing is immediately hiring an Electronic Assembler for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM

This is a full time temp to hire position with a 1st shift flexible schedule Monday-Friday

Pay for this position will be $15-$22 per hour DOE

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solderer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in through-hole and surface-mount soldering and must be certified to J-STD and/or IPC-610 standards. You’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality circuit boards that meet strict specifications and support a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering on PCBs (printed circuit boards) using through-hole and surface-mount techniques
• Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality and adherence to IPC-610 standards
• Rework and repair components as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate output

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of soldering experience in electronics manufacturing
• J-Standard Certification and/or IPC-610 Certification required
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable and punctual with a team-first attitude
