CDL-A TEAM DRIVER$2,500+ Weekly Per Driver | Home Weekly | Dedicated FedEx RunsPartner Assigned – Start Earning Immediately

Looking for a team driving position but don't have a co-driver?

IRGA Logistics is hiring a CDL-A Team Driver to join an established, experienced teammate on a dedicated FedEx linehaul run. Your co-driver is already assigned, so you can get on the road and start earning right away.

Join an established FedEx contractor offering consistent freight, strong weekly pay, reliable home time, and a no-touch operation.

Earnings & Pay

Average $2,500+ weekly pay per driver
Up to $130K+ annually based on average weekly performance
$0.80 CPM per driver (not split)
2,800+ miles per week per driver
Weekly direct deposit
$200 minimum day-pay guarantee if the truck does not dispatch

Additional Compensation

$1,000 retention bonus after 12 months
$60 daily per diem (up to $300 weekly tax advantage)

Requirements

Valid CDL-A
Doubles endorsement required
At least 21 years old
Qualifying tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record
Ability to meet FedEx qualification standards
