Exciting Full-Time Physician Assistant Opportunity in Quincy, FL . MainStreet Family Care is growing and seeks a fast, friendly Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. You will evaluate and treat patients of all ages in a high-volume urgent care setting while leading a small team of medical assistants. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.) Suture wounds Apply splints Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management Review x-rays (to be over-read by a radiologist) Provide general dermatology care Treat general eye problems Interpret general EKGs Manage emergencies Supply general gynecologic expertise Care for children of all ages Address occupational medicine needs Offer telemedicine services Schedule MainStreet Clinic Hours Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend. Sample schedule: Week 1: Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON). Week 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF).
