Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary:
Responds to calls for critical care transport services and provides support during pre and post transportation of critical care patients. Responsibilities:
Navigates and drives ambulance to and from treatment centers. Participates in Pre and Post Transport briefings. Determines nature and extent of illness or injury and patient's history from available sources. Administers emergency medical care within scope of practice, including patient stabilization, monitoring, and resuscitation. Contacts medical personnel, reports/records observations, and follows directives from supervising Physician, Registered Nurse or Paramedic. Maintains equipment, restocks supplies and cleans ambulance as necessary. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements:

- Minimum Required Education: HS Diploma or GED.
Required Licensure/Certification: National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). Colorado EMT certification. Wyoming EMT certification within 6 months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. Valid Driver's License. Preferred: CEVO or EVOC certification
Minimum Experience: 2 years EMT experience with at least 2 years' experience driving an ambulance.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
