• 14-hour weeknight coverage -- 5 pm - 7 am
• Prefers 5 consecutive nights per scheduling block
• 80 - 100 deliveries per month
• C-section rate at 30%
• Hospital setting -- inpatient OB/GYN coverage
• Procedures: deliveries, C-sections, and rounding
• No clinic duties outside of covered hours
• Hospital privileges required
