Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions About the Company Nationally recognized provider of home-based healthcare services Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to take on a pivotal leadership role in the development and execution of the organization's M&A strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition opportunities that align with the company's strategic growth objectives. This role demands a highly strategic and execution-oriented leader with a deep background in healthcare M&A, particularly in the areas of home health, hospice, behavioral health, or post-acute care. The Vice President will also be instrumental in building and scaling the company's corporate development infrastructure and processes to support increased acquisition activity, as well as leading all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing to integration. Applicants for the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions position at the company should have 7-15 years' of experience in healthcare M&A, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or a related field. A strong background in financial and operational acumen is essential, as is the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading transactions through the full M&A lifecycle and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. Core competencies include being strategic, analytical, and highly execution-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
